We regularly respond to support from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., but it may be that at some point we respond to support outside these hours, depending on your query.

We can take up to 48 hours to respond to a support ticket, although as you know, it takes just a few hours to respond on a regular basis.
