When you buy any design on our platform, you can have support about the product you have purchased.
Important: The support offered from here is only in relation to the content that you download in the products that you have bought on our platform. We do not support any changes you may want to make to the site where you will import the template, or configuration or changes to the plugins used for the templates.
It is important that before submitting a support ticket, you review our documentation because in it, we answer many of the doubts our clients have, in addition, we have guides and tutorials so that you can import the layouts correctly.
In case you cannot find the answer you need in our documentation, you have the option of contacting us through the help page.
While there, you can write to us about your doubts or questions, and we will gladly assist you as soon as possible.

- We regularly respond to support from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00 hrs, but at some point we may respond to support outside those hours, depending on your query.
- We can take up to 48 hours to respond to a support ticket, although as you already know, it takes us just a few hours to respond regularly.
